Bicaz Gorge- Hăşmaş Mountain National Park Administration RA

It was formed as a unit with legal personality structure National Forest - Kerslake, under Government Decision no. 229/2009 and manages Bicaz Gorge- Hăşmaş Mountain National Park after conclusion of the contract nr.736 / MoEWM / 22.05.2004 between the Ministry of Environment and Water and the National Forest and the Addendum no. 1/2009 at contract nr.736 / MoEWM / 22.05.2004, interim management contract no. 2655 / AK / 05.23.2014 / no.42 / AC / 23.05.2014 between the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change and the National Forest-Kerslake, interim management contract Bicaz Gorge- Hăşmaş Mountain National Park no. 275 / 23.05.2014 / issue 44 / 23.05.2014, concluded between the National Forest Kerslake RNP-Kerslake and Bicaz Gorge- Hăşmaş Mountain National Park Administration RA, under Government Decision no. 230/2003 amended and supplemented, the Government Emergency Ordinance no.57 / 2007 approved by Law no.49 / 2011 and the Order of the Ministry of Environment and Forests no. 1470/2013 from the Minister of Environment and Climate Change 1.470 / 2013.

Bicaz Gorge- Hăşmaş Mountain National Park Administration Headquarters is located in the resort Izvoru Mureşului, No. 664, Main Street, Harghita county, ROMANIA.

The park spans the counties of Harghita and Neamţ and is divided into two areas:
   - special conservation area (78%);
   - protection zone (outside the area of ​​special conservation) (22%).
